The NEW Tenderstar TSHY semi auto tenderizer is the result of our customers demand. They required a compact meat tenderizer, easy to clean design with the functionality to remove the workload from the manual tenderizing machines. The resulting tenderizer really does fulfil these requirements.

The TSHY tenderiser is extremely well built from stainless steel and polyacetal, it is simple to operate and the tenderising results are superb.

The tenderising head has been uniquely positioned at an angle, preventing the needles piercing the same hole twice and therefore avoiding any chance of hole elongation. This results in virtually no visible signs of the meat being tenderised and yet improves the tenderness by as much as 20%.

The TSHY tenderizer is capable of tenderizing a product with a maximum height of 120mm and width of 300mm, and can run at up to 1 stroke per second.
