Henkelman Falcon 80 Vacuum Packer

The Henkelman Falcon 80 floor model vacuum machine particularly suited for the medium sized business, caterers and small food production companies.  Suitable for a wide range of products, including larger products such as pork backs or beef striploin.

Falcon 80 has a clear viewing glass in the hood with two gas struts for smooth lid opening, lid close lock when not in use. Two sealing bars mounted in the hood left and right side 520mm long, optional slant plate with adjustable backstop for liquid or sous-vide pouches.

This model allows for three seal bar configurations; the first is two 560mm seal bars at opposite ends (left/right), second option 810mm width sealing bars (front/back), third option 760mm seal bar to the front with a 510mm seal bar to the right.(see diagrams below). All products are supplied with complete service program. Extensive program choices for specific packaging requirements; including double seal, cut-off seal and wide seal are optional. The machine is mounted on wheels, two of which are swivel brake execution.
