When using Magnum II Series vacuum tumblers/massagers equipped with a defrosting option, virtually no weight loss as a result of a defrosting method whereby the frozen product is thawed in a jacket cooled tumbler. Engineered with uniquely designed paddles, the product is gently tumbled during processing. Whether your product is in frozen pieces or blocks, this process offers a gentle and consistent defrosting method to achieve greater yields and maintain valuable proteins.
Magnum II Series 2600 vacuum massager/tumbler is equipped with a uniquely designed baffle that rotates and slides the product throughout the drum during processing with three fins and 2600L container volume.
